Your Personal Exercise Trampolines
1. JumpSport 250 Fitness Trampoline
The JumpSport 250 brings you the health benefits along with all the fun that you could expect from a standard trampoline. It includes the brand’s patented No-tip arched leg that provides safety and features a frame that’s sealed and protected with a sturdy double-coated black finish for long-lasting durability.
It also includes patented padded petals cover cords for additional safety and provides 60% more workout space.
This trampoline provides you a strong, deep bounce for high-performance training and the 30 8mm EnduroLast cords gives you a better mechanism to work with.
Even though the item can sustain a good amount of weight, we think that the overall material of the product and the quality of the parts could have been a tad bit better. Also, several customers have come up with issues with the warranty provided with this product. So, we suggest you do your research about it before buying.
All in all, it is not a bad item, and we thoroughly enjoyed the “cushioned” bounce and resilience that it offers.
2. Sportplus Silent Fitness Mini Trampoline
The Sportplus Silent Fitness gives you the double benefit of an intense workout and exercising your motor skills to improve your body’s coordinating faculty. It features a Bungee-Rope design that ensures a silent and efficient workout session.
This fitness trampoline has rubber grommets installed in the footing of the equipment. This effectively cushions jumps and protects your joints from pressure and violent impacts. The non-slip trampoline net provides a comfortable hold even during shoeless workouts.
We pretty much liked the overall design of the product and the resilience of the material. The noiseless trampoline activity is always a plus for us, and it does deliver a routine exercise regimen for your muscles.
It also includes an adjustable and removable handrail that provides extra grip comfort.
However, the downside to this model is the kind of effort it takes to set it up. It takes a good bit of physical labor and requires more than one person to assemble all of it.
Also, the adjustable handrail and other fixtures may turn out to be a bit wobbly. The quality of the material used could have been better.
3. Acon Air 1.8 Fitness or Recreational Trampoline 6’
Get high up in the air (like you just don’t care) safely with the Acon Air Trampoline that ensures an impressive bounce with an immensely resilient catch!
It is designed for users of all ages and could be used the entire year round. It is made of 6 times sewed propylene UV treated mat and features a 1.2-inch extra thick rubber coated spring pad. The structure comes equipped with galvanized steel frame pipes to present a reliable and powerful design.
What we really liked about this is the product doesn’t falter on its claims. It does give you a full bounce and can hold upto 77 pounds with a maximum height of 19 inches.
You can safely use it in summer and winter with no fear of the trampoline getting damaged due to weather extremities.
It includes a springer puller tool as well that makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The only problem that you might have with this trampoline is of space-efficiency. It will not fit your average car-space or any other smaller area that you want to store it in.
Also, for those who are noise-sensitive, watch out for the loud clanging noise it might make if the pressure on the pipes gets too much.
4. MaXimus Pro Gym Rebounder
The MaXimus Pro is designed mainly for fitness and athletic purposes. This mini rebounder is manufactured using high-grade steel and has a special loaded leg system that makes it portable easy to store. It features a non-slip mat and a unique muscle-shaped spring system that delivers a strong and resilient bounce.
We liked the sturdy design of the product contained in its compact form. Even though its a mini trampoline, it can sustain a significant amount of weight. You can safely travel with and store it anywhere in your home.
However, this trampoline is only for indoor purposes, ideal for studio and gym use. It gives a very low impact bounce, suitable for low-impact bounce training.
The spring system on this looks a bit weak and we wish it would’ve come with a heavy-duty fixture.
Disappointingly, the springs do squeak quite a lot, and that does not really make for a quiet workout session.
Apart from this, it can be a useful addition to any fitness facility, be it a professional center or any institutional premise.
5. Tomasar Foldable Mini Trampoline Rebounder
The Tomasar Mini Trampoline Rebounder features a durable yet soft surface made of tough PP mesh and a PP mat that endures the heavy impact of intense workout and bounces.
Fitted with 40 stainless steel springs, it provides high elasticity, resistance, and safety that you need in your bounce sessions.
The structure includes a thick oxford cloth material that protects the springs and metal frames from friction and abrasion.
This mini rebounder comes with a foam-padded adjustable handrail and 6-leg base frame that provide you with extra stability and grip. It is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. It is portable and can be folded up to fit snugly in any narrow space.
However, it is a pretty heavy item that can take upto 300 pounds in weight. At the same time, it might be an effort for most to move it around swiftly.
Overall, this trampoline rebounder by Tomasar is built to endure and offers all the health benefits for resistance bounce training. Although on the steeper side of cost, it delivers its worth for the buck you pay for it.
6. Cellerciser Tri Fold Rebounder With Balance Bar
The Cellerciser Rebounder offers a high level of durability and resistance essential for a power-packed workout regimen. It is designed using triple-tiered carbons steel anodized springs and features an all-steel construction.
The durable bounce surface and resilience of the mat increases the weight of gravity at the cellular level in the body. This increases the pressure of gravity over approximately 100 times a minute, providing extreme anti-gravity resistance training.
We liked the superior build of the model. The heavy-duty metal frame does flex, but it’s unlikely to crack or bend. You get a carrying bag with the item that folds in half, 2 instructional DVDs and 2 spare springs.
Yet, you do need to lubricate the springs ever so often after a point of time. It gets squeaky after prolonged usage. Although it is quite space-efficient in comparison to other rebounders of its size, it is heavy and will take a bit of effort regarding portability.
7. Bellicon Classic 39” Exercise Trampoline
The Bellicon Classic has been an old faithful and trusted friend since quite some time now. The mini trampolines from Bellicon offer you superior quality material and high attention to details that ensure standard workout performance and all the fun in jumping high up!
This mini trampoline features a unique bungee design that reduces the strain and impact of the jumps, increasing the health benefits of the workout. Engaging all of the essential muscles of your body, it provides a low-impact, energizing and spirited bounce to tone and shape you up.
We liked the beautifully constructed German-engineered steel frame. It is a standard quality product that lets you do your cardio in the most fun way. It includes a custom-formulated bungee suspension that supports the bounce.
However, the rebounder doesn't come with additional spring support. Although it holds a substantial amount of weight, we would still ask you to avoid putting too much on it all at one go, just to be on the safe side.
Buyers’ Guide for getting the best Trampolines
for indoor purposes
If it’s for an indoor jumping spree, mini trampolines and rebounders are the perfect ones to go for. Finding the ideal mini trampoline isn’t a big deal at all, given that you know what to look for in one.
Some of the features you should keep in mind while buying a mini-trampoline are:
For outdoor purposes
There are several varieties of trampolines of different shapes and sizes available for any outdoor bouncing session.
What are the other vital aspects to consider while buying trampolines?
Apart from shapes and sizes, you should know about a few other things about trampoline mechanism to understand what will work best for you.
Springs:More the number of springs in a trampoline and the longer they are in size, will mean a higher bounce for you. If you do not want a higher jump, go for one that has less number of springs. Springs also provide additional protection against impacts on joints.
Durability:Always go for a robust and sturdy construction design while buying trampolines. Go for the ones that have galvanized steel legs and UV-resistant jumping mat, if it's going to be exposed to the sun.
Enclosures:Trampolines with protective enclosures are ideal for kids and outdoor use. Although many parents go for the safety netting around the trampolines, it may not be a very fun or suitable alternative for adults to work with, especially during workouts.
What are the safety measures regarding trampoline use?
1. Always supervise small children while they are playing on the trampoline. Do not allow somersaults or other rash activities such as bumping into each other or running around.
2. Do not allow more than one person on a mini trampoline, especially if they are of a heavier built.
3. It is crucial to check for wear and tear in a trampoline periodically to ensure the user’s safety. Make sure that the springs are not exposed or rusting and if the netting or padding are correctly in place.
4. Follow the guidelines and directions carefully while setting your trampoline up. Leave enough space around the perimeter.
5. Always make sure that you are getting the right shape and size of trampoline for the intended purpose. Do not go overboard with the activities or put too much pressure on the trampoline.
