Pros of the Stamina Inline Inversion Chair
This machine is FULLY ADJUSTABLE
From the tightness of the lap belt, to the height adjustment, you can custom tailor this chair to suit your exact needs. You can even adjust how much of an angle you want your inversions to be. Whether you’re looking for a shallow dip or a deep dive, this thing has got you covered. It’s always good to have options. The more opportunity you have to customize, the better you’ll feel in the long run, and isn’t that the point?
Extremely easy to use
Whether you’re young and fit, or older and in need of relief for your arthritis, you’ll be able to slide into this chair with little to no effort. You can start in a seated position, and slowly work into your inversion positions. The design is hassle free, and a number of reviewers can’t stop raving about how easy it is to fit a few inversion sessions into their day without much effort at all.
Non-intrusive design
The best part about this machine is how little space it takes up. This chair is IDEAL for those apartment-dwellers out there. We’re not saying that a homeowner won’t appreciate the sleek, modern design, but when you don’t have the luxury of space, this is the inversion chair for you. If you have a workout room, the Inline would be a great addition for a good old fashioned post-workout decompression session.
Maximum Stability
Weighing in at 62 pounds, you’re looking at a serious piece of hardware. When it comes to something as serious as physical therapy, you don’t want to skimp in this department. The overall ruggedness of this machine gives us the peace of mind that we’d like to have while hanging upside down. Trust us, the last thing you want to do is drop onto your head from the cheap seats. The inline is front row center. The lighter and cheaper chairs are the nosebleed section.
There’s no such thing as a perfect chair. Everything comes with drawbacks. In our personal experience, all of the positives are well worth some of these minor drawbacks.
Pros of the Stamina Inline Inversion Chair
This chair is HEAVY
We know we were just boasting about how durable this chair is, but that does come with a cost.
Even though the overall design is “portable” in the sense that it doesn’t take up too much space, we wouldn’t suggest picking this thing up and moving it around. Remember, if you’re reading this review in the first place, you’re trying to RELIEVE your chronic back pain, not make it worse.
Some assembly required
We have to admit that we were intimidated at first when we opened the packaging. It took 2 of us about an hour to put this thing together.
This is one of the drawbacks of online retailers though, and a reality of the time we live in. Luckily enough, the assembly guide had everything we needed to put everything together.
Pro Tip: Organize every nut and bolt by category and size before even opening the assembly guide. The simple act of having everything in its right spot beforehand will make this task 1000% easier.
It’ll cost you a pretty penny
We know money doesn’t grow on trees, but the Stamina Inline is a long-term investment. The thing you really have to look at here is the return on your investment. How much are you currently spending on your chiropractor visits? If you get the results you’re looking for with this chair, you’ll be SAVING MONEY HAND OVER FIST in the long run if you’re cutting down on Dr. visits.
This chair does not FULLY invert
A lot of inversion chairs invert fully at a 180 degree angle, but the Inline does not (it comes VERY close). If you’re looking for a full-on inversion, then this may not be the chair for you. This all really depends on what you need from an inversion chair. When in doubt, consult your physical therapist. They’ll be able to steer you in the right direction.
THE RUNDOWN
The Stamina Inline Inversion Chair is a masterpiece in both form and function. We were beyond satisfied with how easy it was to use after its assembly. If you’re looking for a cheap and portable inversion chair, this isn’t it. You’re paying for a SERIOUSLY STURDY machine. Physical Therapy is no joke, and some things just aren’t worth skimping on.
Consult your Physical Therapist
You won’t have the same PT needs as everybody else. With any wellness product, we always advise that you consult with your doctor before sinking your wallet into a piece of equipment. We want you to see improvements with your physical health for sure, but getting advice from a medical professional will also give you the peace of mind you’ll need when purchasing an inversion chair. When you’re ready, the Inline will be waiting for you on your path to wellness.
